Fuk-ushima was a prominent henchman in Colonel Joe Moore's growing army of marauders. He played a key role in the conquest of The Citadel.

Fuk-ushima appeared in Mad Max Fury Road: Nux & Immortan Joe as one of the members of Immortan Joe's crew.

In the History Man's narration of events, he described a historic maneuver conducted by a Persian General named Tanaji Malusare. The maneuver involved training a large monitor lizard to find a pathway up a steep wall. It was Fuk-ushima who helped control the Monitor Lizard to climb the walls of The Citadel by cutting his own finger off to motivate the lizard after the beast refused to climb.
Some time after, Fuk-ushima talked with the War Boys about Immortan Joe's resurrection.
