Description[]
Lair and his beautiful girlfriend happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, that time being when Toecutter and his gang arrived in Wee Jerusalem to pick up what remained of their friend, the Nightrider.
They are present in the town to witness as the gang literally runs wild, terrorizing its sleepy inhabitants with no around to stop them. Themselves terrified, they attempt to flee in Lair's 1959 Chevy Bel Air. However, Toecutter deploys his gang to chase them down.
Lair attempts to outrun them in his hot rod, but the car isn't powerful enough to get away. The gang destroys the car on the fly before causing Lair to wreck. Then the gang brutally assails Lair and his girl.
