Mr. Norton was one of five lucky survivors of a group that Dementus and his Biker Horde defeated during the events of Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. The character was played by actress Elsa Pataky.
Biography[]
Mr. Norton is a female member of Dementus' Biker Horde. She was one of an initial group of twenty survivors that the Biker Horde conquered. Dementus refers to her as the Lady in "Lady and gentlemens," but thereafter as "Mr. Norton." Mr. Norton's face became disfigured during the melee to acquire a bike and remain living during the "dance to Darwin."
Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga[]
As The Great Dementus was building his Biker Horde he was defeating small, wayward groups that they happened upon in The Wasteland. "Mr. Norton" belonged to one such -- unfortunate -- group.
Their group of several vehicles and motorcycles was quickly and easily overrun. Thus their leader's limbs were tied to five different motorbikes in order to make an example of him.
Dementus posed this problem to the survivors -- there were twenty survivors, but only five bikes; he gave the survivors an opportunity to continue to survive and join his horde. All they had to do was to fight each other -- and survive -- in order to claim a bike. Those who did, lived. This was the "dance to Darwin."

Mr. Norton immediately jumped at the chance to grab a bike, but was grotesquely disfigured in the ensuing melee; appearing to have died. However, Mr. Norton was resilient and came back to defeat their opponent and grab a bike.
Mr. Norton went on to join Dementus' Biker Horde thereafter, acting as an instrumental figure in the seizing of Gastown when they, along with Fang, hid inside the captured tanker as a sort of Trojan Horse and invaded Gastown from the inside.
Thereafter, Mr. Norton remained a trusted ally and survived all the way through the "Forty-Day Wasteland War" as one of seven remaining horde members. They were then hunted down by Furiosa and presumably killed, although there is nothing solid that showed Mr. Norton's demise.

- Mr. Norton was portrayed by Elsa Pataky, wife of Chris Hemsworth, who pulled "double duty" while also playing the Vuvalini General.
- Mr. Norton displays the same facial scarring that the character of "Stank Gum" exhibits in the 2015 Mad Max video game.
