Paradise is the name Curmudgeon gives to the place Pappagallo's tribe plans to go to with their oil barrels to start a new life in peace, far from The Wasteland. They believe it is located 2000 miles away. Later they indeed become the Great Northern tribe under leadership of the Gyro Captain and, after he grew older, the Feral Kid. Curmudgeons postcard however refers to a place named the Sunshine coast.
