Tyrant's Lash is a bandit camp built from the remains of an old Pre-Fall industrial factory. It is located by a ruined highway overpass near the freeway interstate. Its defenses are composed of 2 gate flamethrowers, 3 Longshots, 13 War Boys, 2 War Criers, and a Top Dog.
